Finally pregnant, but am i having a miscarriage?

sounds like normal. if it were mc it would be heavier even if early on. i spotted and bled little bit in the beginning of my 2nd pregnancy and i am going in in 4 days to have my daughter by scheduled c-section so chances are you are completely fine. dont forget to voice your concerns with your dr today and good luck and congratulations to you!
