Is my fish going to die?

I asked a question awhile ago about my serpae tetra. Basically it swims really frantically at an angle, and when it gets to the surface it gulps a bit of air, then sinks back down. I thought it might have been swim bladder, but some of my other fish have had that, and they ended up dying after a few days. This fish has been doing this for weeks
