How would I find a dead relative from a small town of Hughes Arkansas?

A big thumbs up to Computer Gal for the best advice in a long time on this board. Always check the State Capitol when the local towns don't have records. The State can afford to film and store what local governments can't afford to keep...and visiting them is free...copying is a quarter...and they hold every record in the State at the State Archives.
