I burnt my face, what do I do?

I was cleaning my microwave with the home remady of water and lemon juice. Apperently if you dont wait long enough before taking out of the microwave it blows up in your face. I am burnt above my left eye and it is very painfull. I have already sat in a cold shower. What else can I do to reduce the pain and redness? Please help!!!
