I have 2 tubs of vegetable oil spread(like Country Crock) dated 9/08.How long are they safe to eat for ?

I own a restaurant we use country crock ermatch blend for all our toast with a blend of 60% oil this stuff will last a long time past it's experation date. I also use this at home for sauting it does't burn like er does because of the oil content but still has that er flavor.
