Want to get a pob. Any advice on what to tell the hairstylist!?

I am longing to get the Posh hairstyle (Pob), but I fear the risks of what might happen. (my hair is medium length, similar to Kelly Clarkson's old cut) Any advice of what to tell the hairstylist!!!
