Where should medicals be done for kuwait dependent visa?

My husband is in kuwait and he has submitted the papers for my dependent visa. Previously it was told that the wife can travel with the visa and then get the medicals done in kuwait. But thru some common friends we came to know that the medicals has to be done in india and then the report has to be sent to the emby. I am not sure on this coz no one is given proper information. Plz can anyone guide us on this. Now i am in india and my husband is in kuwait.. Awatin a positive response.............
