Please help! The girl of my dreams is moving away before i can say anything, what can i do?

Okay here is the deal. While gowing up as a child i made freinds with someone. As time ped i grew to like her(alot). And the whole time i never cared about the way she looked, it was about her personality. Seeing her was the best part of my day. So as we were freinds for a long time, i never told her how i felt about her. So one day as we get into highschool she tells me that she is moving away. As dissapointed as i was to hear this news i was devastated inside. So i made up my mind to tell her the truth, but before the time came one of her freinds knew my secret and confessed to her the words in my heart i hold dear. And surely enough she began to avoid me. Phone, IMS, you name it. Before she would visit me at my house all the time and we would talk for hours about what we liked, disliked, you know the basics. But know that she knows i've drawn a blank on what to do. And my time is ticking away. I have only but a month to sort things out. Please will anyone give me advice?
