Old Country music song title and artist needed. It was a song from the '70's or early '80's?

If I remember correctly, the song went along with the genre of Waylon, Willie, Bobby Bare, etc. I believe it was a guy singing and calling his ex. The ONLY thing of the song I can remember was a little girl answering the phone and saying "Sorry Daddy, Momma can't come to the phone right now, she's under the dryer" - those maybe not be the specific words but pretty close. Does anyone have ANY idea what I am talking about? This was one of my favorites growing up and I can't find it anywhere. Obviously a little hard when that is all I know of it.
