Lebanese and Italians blood?

Don't they both have way 2 much in common? Cultural tradition, the way they act, and everything? Maybe it was because there ancestors shared with each other who knows. Anyways I was wondering if they both shared the same blood type, and which region of Italy is most related to the Lebanese people? Please answer
